Barak presented Arafat with an Israeli plan at Camp David, and when Arafat refused to put a counter-offer on the table that was regarded as proof that there was "no partner for peace!". Yet here we have Ol' Sam insisting that when Israel says "No" then the onus is on Abbas to take to his plan with some scissors.... Dude, if Abbas' plan isn't acceptable then shouldn't Israel counter it with the "Bibi-plan"? And if there is no such plan (and there isn't) then that must be proof that Israel is "no partner for peace".
