Yes it does give him the right to institute Shari'a law in Egypt because he was elected by a majority of Egyptians and they knew prior to the elections what Morsi stood for and what he was going to do as far as Egypt goes. Just because the West does not agree with his rule and agenda, it does not give them the right to remove him from power by bankrolling the Generals of Egypt's army to make a coup.
