There is no "war on" Iran. There is an eventual "attack on" Iran. There eventually is "war with" Iran. Israel isn't interested in invading Iran. Israel isn't interested in anything but knocking-out Iran's nuclear weapons' program, and crucial parts of its nuclear program. Just like Osirak 1981 and Syria 2007 were "attacks", not wars, the purpose of Israel remains the exact one as in 1981 or 2007. Of course, it may well lead to a terrible war with Iran. However, to state Israel "wants war" -as opposed to eliminating the existential threat it faces- is misleading.
