    "Your scenario has been war-gamed one hundred times....all of those contingencies have been neutralized." LOL! The most half-assed beginner at war-gaming, given the role of the Iranian president, would have had the USA on its knees before the first coffee break. The only thing the USA knows for certain is that it can strike the first blows. Thereafter it will rapidly lose control of events. Why do you think the Bush administration has been nervous about attacking? It isn't out of niceness, compassion for the Iranians or a desire to let diplomacy work. The Pentagon war-gamers have done their stuff, gone to the edge, looked over and shuddered. All their advice will have been negative.
