My son is attending 5th grade, his class has 39 students. A teacher can't teach with 39 students. The 2 other 5th grade classes are have 39 students. The education system is designed to protect the top of the pyramid not the teachers. The Bureaucratic control the budget. Also money comes from the state and the local governments. So the system is open to manipulation by strikes of one sector shutting down the whole system. The most disturbing issue is the method of teaching, The text books are crap, the math is taught in twisted way. My son is an English speaker, does he get a English mother tongue English class. NO!!!, He is in the same class as Hebrew speakers. The school said that this would boost his ego. Why does he need his ego boosted. Because they did not help him with extra Hebrew classes which the school did not give him. I could go on & on. The system needs to be scraped and then rebuilt. Fixing this Bureaucratic nightmare is not the solution
