And Likud and the Netanyahu government is obvious only to someone who is obsessed with minutia. Beyond that, I agree. Yishai, despite all his failings, weaknesses and depravities, is not responsible. The problem goes a bit deeper. It goes to an Israel that once believed that it was one for all and all for one, which has become a nation of all for me, and me for none. Israel the success has gone from believing in the community and sacrifice necessary for that success to one which believes such belief, the one of working together for the benefit of all, is evil and only the personal pursuit of profit and power is just and moral. I suggest that as long as Israelis retain their current fawning acceptance of the values of the far right, that they form their own fire departments, dedicated to and funded only for, the protection and preservation of their personal lives and property.
