should rationally be the only reason the US would part with the extra aircraft. Rationality though hasn't been highly evident so far, so who knows. If I was Obama I would insist on each side giving their best case proposal on borders; and then prepare a US/ International view on the inevitable gap, and how best to bridge it. This needs to happen before building starts again. If it doesn't happen because Israel balks, or presents a ludicrously one sided solution, then don't expect delivery of the planes.
