There is no doubt that the Dubai police achieved great success in its investigation. They were able to sort through multiple bits of pictures, videos etc, and piece them together into a picture that shows convincingly that the assassination was a Mossad job. By publishing the photos of the suspects, the Dubai'is caused serious harm to Mossad, which has now lost a good part of its squad of "kill" operatives . All this is true, and the Dubai chief of police is probably a celebrated person in the Arab world. Beyond the arrest warrants for the suspect assassins, however, there is little Dubai can do. To get the head of Mossad arrested, tried, and convicted, there will need to be a link between him and the assassins, or else he might be able to claim that this was a rogue operation. With Netanyahu, though, such a claim can appear within reasonable doubt. Dubai should bear in mind the 1976 Letelier (1976), assassinated in the US, with Chile refusing to extradite their "Mossad" chief.
