Throughout Britain's history, they were always at war with other nations, mainly to plunder their wealth. Or as they put it, they are a peace loving nation. What they really meant was, a piece of this nation a piece of that and the other... Since 1945, there was only one year when Britain was not involved in conflict somewhere. These include, India, Palestine (occupied Israel), Malaya, Suez, Cyprus, Aden, Falklands, Korea, Borneo, Kenya, Vietnam, Radfan, Northern Ireland,Oman, Gulf, Bosnia, Iraq, Kosovo, Sierra Leone, Afganistan, and now Libya. There may be more. As always, they say, " We do it for the best interest of the natives." I just find it very strange that the british papers are too busy digging up stories on Israel and it's former politicians when they should be digging up quotes from former MP's such as, Henry Labouchere, " We are without execption the greatest robbers and marauders that ever existed on the face of the globe. We are worse than other countries because we are hypocrites also, for we plunder and always pretend to do so for other people's good." And another quote from George Orwell, aimed at all these anti Israel arm chair critics, turkish pm's and other anti-zionists around. 'All the war propaganda, all the screaming and lies and hatred, comes invariably from people who are not fighting'.
