He now reaps what he sowed for so long, and given the violent and cruel nature of the Syrians this will not be a friendly day of reckoning for him. If the Syrians prefer democratic rule they have to work on it themselves, it will not be delivered by the UN in cargo planes. One fact is certain: with Assad there is no chance for democracy, so he must be toppled and killed. No mercy for this mass murderer. I am optimistic his end is near, because the writing is on the wall.
