The fact an arab is more likley to wish to visit an enemy state doesnt mean that a jew wont. Its like saying that making honour killings illigal is racist because more muslims are likley to carry out an honour killing than a jew but that doesnt mean no jew will ever carry out an honour killing. Israel is also not the only democracy in the world where its illigal for a citizen to visit an enemy state without permision. What we dont want is Israelis going to enemy states having little chatsand showing solidarity for the leaders then coming to Israel being allowed to sit in the Knesset defend the enemy policies and influence goverrnment policy making. If an Israeli wants to go visit the enemy fine but just dont expect to be able to return hime and be put in a position of power. Its not an unreasonable policy especialy considering the way the arab MK Bishra behaved by siding with the enemy and given the chance would have retrurned to the Knesset.
