It may be that for some there is an interest in promoting a "the world is against us" mentality, but let's not forget that even a paranoid has enemies. No, the world in it's entirety isn't against us and we do have many allies, supporters and friends. But, there is indeed a well-funded international anti-Israel movement of NGOs and hostile governments that are deeply and obsessively anti-Israel. The Global BDS Movement based  in Ramallah is leading the charge to assault Israel's legitimate right to national existence and deny the inalienable right of the Jewish people to national self-determination. It is entirely appropriate to counter this extremist movement including sounding the alarm against it's goals of undermining our national existence. The author would do well to stop thinking in black and white terms and work to blunt the anti-Israel activists. She need not give up one bit of her ideals to do so.
