It probably would have been easier to criticise Netanyah had he sent in troops, lost a few hundred soldiers, and eventually leave Gaze with thousands of dead civilians, political isolation for Israel, and then discover, as the USA did in Iraq, that Arabs will be Arabs even if you kill a few thousand of them. Does this columnist not know what at least 90% if Israelis know? That the best thing to do with Gaza is to stay out of there.
