The Palestinian Arabs saw partition as unfair because they viewed the entire country as theirs, and they were right at the time given that at the start of the Zionist take-over of Palestine, Jews were less than 6% of the population and owned less that 3% of the land. In any case, why dwell on ancient history? Is it not time to move on and not allow the religious/ideological 'endless war' types to continue to set the agenda in the 21st century?
