reflects the inherent control that aipac[israel] has over the legislative branch of the american government... and the fact that recently we're not hearing any noise from aipac, or any of its thralls within the government, means that obama has been introduced to the ugly fact that when it comes to israel, the american legislative branch is been bought and/or whipped into line... he has found that his efforts to engage the prospects of peace in the middle-east will be fought, with any means available, by members from both parties. THAT'S what i see! it's NOT for any lack of will or resolve, NOR is it for lack of the potential means; it's just that obama has encountered the intangible and malignant force in washington that shuts the eyes, beguiles the mind, and blurs the conscience of the united states towards israel's criminal pursuits. the question NOW is whether he can recover his resolve and self confidence enough to take the political risk of defying that virulent entity by invoking his independent power on matters of foreign policy? i have a feeling that IF he does, it won't be until he's gotten his health bill passed and signed...lest the thralls use it as leverage.
