if a place has a name in a language, then use it when writing in that language. So to speakers of Arabic, Jerusalem is Al-Quds and to speakers of Hebrew it is Yerushalayim. Nablus in Arabic, Shechem in Hebrew. Al-Khalil in Arabic, Hevron in Hebrew. Al-Qahira in Arabic, Cairo in English. Where's the problem?
