As someone close to the group that put up the ads, I can say that the ads are not anti-Israel. The ads accurately indicate the expansion of land controlled by the State of srael and the decreasing amount of land available to Palestinians since 1947. It is the coalition's hope that these maps -- in a simple, visual way -- will be educational...and help remind thoughtful people that the possibility of a state for Palestinians becomes more problematic every day that passes without an equitable peace agreement. Furthermore, most intellectually-honest people will see that the coalition's ads are straightforward reflections of the events since 1947 and that the right-wing group's ads reflect a fantasy in which "the Bible" justifies a immense "Greater Israel" with quite amazing straight-line borders pushing toward today's Iraq. As several people have noted, since when is God a real-estate broker?
