Israeli refusal to hear the Palestinian's position (while in peace deliberations and vocally criticizing the Palestinians) is a much bigger story than Palestinians plotting another ineffective UN resolution just to test the US veto policy (unless a non-veto has already been promised??? hmm...). I can't agree with Hamas on much of anything, but if Israel is so antagonistic it will not receive the official Palestinian position, much less present their own or negotiate, then they deserve criticism and imposed settlement or sanctions for their deliberate non-diplomacy. Perhaps the old phrase "we don't have a partner for peace" has been misdirected these last 5-10 years.
