About 20 years back, some folks noted that Mexicans were crossing the border, working for a few months, sometimes 6 months and going home to spend the rest of the year with their families. They came up with a "bright" idea, not considering the Law of Unintended Consequences. Now Mexicans who want to pick up some cash to feed their families are faced with a difficult crossing. So, unable to go back, they bring their families. . . Nice people for the most part and I don't mind. But the clowns who turned a small problem into a large one didn't learn anything.
