"They call him every manner of names - Communist, Muslim, racist, Jew-hater. They call him all manner of names, and he is none of these. Curious, isn't it, that they never mention what he actually is. Which is, for many of them, enough reason to revile him, all by itself: Black." - Bradley Burston Race is certainly part of the hatred aimed at Obama, There is a deeper reason for that fact, people who inhabit the extreme right are usually racists. They are usually racial supremacists. Racism is a major component in America's Tea Party. Here the racism is not only aimed at blacks, but latinos and asians as well. Hitler's followers hated those races they considered 'inferior' such as black and Jews, and harbored fantasies of their own racial superiority. The profound sense of insecurity and doubts about inferiority which lie in the deep recesses of the right wing mind engender delusions of superiority and hatred for easily perceived others.
