    Whether the Israeli's like it or not, the 'paramaters' of the peace plan are known and can't be changed - 1967 line, land swaps, divided Jerusalem based on neighbourhoods, etc. The Americans (presumably deliberatly, after being humiliated by Netenyahu last year) continuously repeat that mantra, and no one, even in Israel, can reject that. I imagine that if settlement contstruction restarts, the American restatement of the peace paramaters will become even mroe explicit. By simple repetition, the final outcome is pretty much internalised now.
