Great stuff! I assume this comment was intended to satirize pompous but uninformed bufoons who attempt to use faux legalese to justify essentially political views. I especially liked the way you make fun of their tendency to capitalize terms like "Regional Powers" -- a term which I'm sure you're aware has no legal meaning at all and does not exist in the Charter. However, while it's hilarious, the comment that a vessel is "Sovereign terrritory" might go a bit far -- I think even the simple minded will spot that as a whopper. Keep the laughs coming though; I may use your "comment" as a cautionary tale to my students about the level of ignorance about international law in the wider community.
