People seem to forget that in order for land to be occupied, it needs to be sovereign territory of a different state. In the case of E. Jerusalem & WB, Jordan was that state, but they dropped their claim. Trust me, if E. Jerusalem & the WB were "occupied" like everyone claims, there would be international courts dragging Israeli officials to trial. E. Jerusalem and the WB are disputed areas and they are not sovereign territory of the yet to be created Palestinian state.
