That little statement sums up Iran perfectly and why military action is the only viable solution. The Arabs want either the US or Israel to hit Iran and Israel wants Iran taken out so let's do a deal here. The Gulf states agree to drop oil by $30 a barrel for 1 year so this will alleviate many western politicians who are worried about oil price hikes. The US and NATO destroy not only Irans nuclear facilities but it's entire military land, sea and air which will limit the capability of any kind of retaliation especially if their missile production. And storage facilities are destroyed. The US have heavy bombers, stealth aircraft, ships which fire Tomohawk missiles and much more so unlike Israel they could destroy the entire Iranian military machine. Israel would have to go to war with both Hamas and Hezbollah and if he thinks it will make him a hero and allow him to survive then Assad might get involved. All these threats though can be dealt with by the IDF as long as the politicians don't repeat th mistakes of Lebanon by trying to micromanage the war and ignore the officers who are on the ground. Who knows the combination of NATO strikes on Iran and Israel taking its gloves off to deal with Hamas, Hezbollah and Syria might actually be the recipie to actually bring peace if we re wiping out all the enemies at once.
