God bless you Bassam Aramin and comfort you in your sorrow. I was an Israeli soldier, a Paratrooper and I hope now we can all become Fighters for Peace. It is the only thing worth fighting for. It is not a political statement to say that we all need the same things, we all need peace and freedom and deep down we all know what we need to do to acheive it. Two nations side by side and time. Time for trust to grow. We all know the solution and I hope that with brave leaders and the courage of both our peoples we can all stop staring into the abyss and make the decisions on both sides that will take us to solid ground. It is too late for this brave man's daughter Abir and for the thousands on both sides who have lost innocents. But it's not too late for our children.
