    ...for your Op-Ed. Bear in mind, oh readers, that before establishment of the State there where two sets of terrorist organizations working against each other and the British. Hence the Palestinian fear and the Naqba. To adopt the Arab Initiative and FOLLOW UP on it, rather than subsequently sweep it under the rug (the real path of Oslo, whatever delusions others might adopt) would deligitimize most complaints against Israel. As one of the prescribed virtues, Generosity might yield the Palestinians their secure passage between Gaza and the West Bank (really secure, without interminable closures and absent all checkpoints). Both sides are getting two close to a one-state solution. It would have been better to SERIOUSLY pursue a workable peace far earlier, but with every day that passes without one only worsens the situation.
