These are human beings, mourned by their loved ones. I, too, note that the names of "others" (non-Jews, mere "goyim")) are often unmentioned. In stories about the Belgian museum killings, we only had names of the Israelis. In stories about the Kansas shooting, the victims (all Christian) usually went unnamed. We hear the names of three missing teenaged Israelis, but not of the two teens shot in cold blood on Nabka day. It is all extremely telling.
