It's just a matter of a couple of years and Teva will be out of Israel. Already now they are leaving a lot of their profits someplace else by "selling" at low prices to their overseas companies who then make the profit at their end. I have no idea where they could get a tax bracket of 0.3% on profits elsewhere but if the State will get tough, they will leave.
