This is a terrible analogy, and is comparing apples with oranges. I grew up in America during the time of the civil rights movement. Black Americans did not: engage in terrorizing and murdering innocent white Americans. They did not reject the fundamental premises of the United States. When the so called: "Palestinians' completely swear off of violence, stop denying that this is the Jewish homeland, and renounce the so-called: "right of return", I am sure that you would find that many more Israelis would embrace the vision you propose. That is not the case today, and to compare the struggle of Black Americans for civil rights and the "Palestinian" claims is totally inaccurate.
