Gretchen, you need a lesson in geography. All of Israel, even if you consider the anti-Israel concept of "Greater Israel", is just a tiny, tiny sliver of land. The Arab world, on the other hand, is vast. And the Moslem world is even vaster. Anything that happens in Israel is merely a local phenomenon; trends that grip the entire Arab and/or Moslem world can make the entire world shake.
