    That's interesting, Lurker. We can all remember Netinyahu's repeated statement to the Palestinians that any talks would have to start from scratch, and he was not bound by what previous governments had said. So the coalition guidelines state that he would be? Can you give a reference? And does this mean that we have to add coalition guidelines to the - already quite impressive - list of binding commitments which Netanyahu ignores?
