Plenty of tears for "Palestine." Tears that the leadership didn't accept the partition plan of '48, but instead chose war. Tears that the Palestinians never declared statehood from '48-67, when they were ruled by Jordan and Egypt. Tears that the Palestinians still haven't renounced terror and consider it a vaild "tool." Tears that they live in an impoverished society because Arafat embezzled millions, and Suha now lives in Paris with hundreds of millions of Palstinian money. Tears that the Arab leaders left the Palestinian refugees to rot like pawns, while every other people resettled their refugees in the same time period. Tears that the Palestinians rejected peace in 2000 and started a terror war. Lots of tears, Claire darling.
