Two comments:  Who decides what is "unhealthy fast food"? There's a lot of Mizrachi items sold as "fast food", for example. Are we going to blacklist felafel? Looking a calorie count won't make me change my order if I'm hungry.  Won't make a darn bit of difference in the long run. People eat what they want. A number of American "fast food" chains, like KFC and Wendy's did not succeed here; too expensive, not geared for the Israeli taste.
