of course the insiders want less regulation! insider trading is rife in the industry in Israel. and transactions between parties of interest take place with little oversight. and dividend payments have almost no oversight. added to that is a complete lack of advocacy on behalf of the regular shareholder. the stock market is like the wild west here, obviously those with their trouts in the trough will want less regulation!
