This article mentions that Arabs can thank their God for not being kicked out into the streets etc.. then talks about the sheek Jarrah neighborhood which it correctly points out that the Arab residence were in since 1948,Interesting year for them to have moved in. What happened in 1948?? What happened was that Jordan invaded and occupied Jerusalem and ethnically cleansed it from all the Jews. Sheik Jarrah was a Jewish neighborhood bought legally with money over hundreds of years. Jews were evicted and cleansed from their homes with no payment of any kind. Why doesn?t Haaretz mention that? Jews building there are returning to land they bought legally before the illegal occupation by Jordan. Why does Haaretz work so hard to twist the truth? Shame on this you.
