    The Iranians have offered to swap their low-enriched uranium for enriched fuel needed for the Tehran Research Reactor, where all of their medical isotopes come from. http://www.haaretz.com/hasen/spages/1154627.html Its not a complete resolution to the standoff, but its a start. If Obama stays on this course of confrontation, it will yield only the war the Israel craves.
