You ever been to an Aboriginal reserve? Everyone is impoverished. There is no education, most don't have proper drinking water, it is a mess. Trust me Attawapiskat is not the only reserve that looks like that. And when there is no proper education how do you expect people to file proper documents for what they spent their money on. Another fact of the matter is that this new bill allows foreigners easy access to buy land on reserves and mine it out. Hey, did you know Human Rights, like the ones that the UN watches over? Yeah, they do not extend into reserves, so aboriginals do not have basic human rights. Pretty brutal, eh? Gotta educate yourself friend, unless you strive for ignorance.
