Have they thought of the land planned e.g. for residential, and a family house(therefore only using one kitchen for many people, and less bathrooms). 35 years ago, I saw it was impossible earning a small clerk's salary to pay for a private residence, and the problems have only got worse; it means at the end of the day that some jobs will always be less than sufficient. With all the working experience spread around nationally and internationally, this also could be an advantage, to return money to parents, or uncles or cousins, where people would also return to. It is often driven by fashion and fad, when it so serious a problem all over the world. Many older people, lose their homes, and belongings, and so any reference to their past, and so we have the problems of dementia, and alzheimers; there a lot of cruel people who deny todays physical situation and circumstances minutes after they occurred if they choose, it seems arbitrary but it is planned and then the grand-children return and their is no tie to the past, and they must begin a new bond, which many people old and young are losing to insolvency. It is all over the world. Also separating the suburbs in a lot of ways by having as few cables as possible - solar street lamps(independent) solar heating is one way that the health as a whole over the world could improve without chemicals, and independently, it provides convenience, and efficiency even in war or disaster, somewhere there is sure to be one point that is working.
