    HaNegbi was once identified with the political "Right" (the Likue) but he, like so many others like Olmert and Livni, realized that the money, power and State Prosecutors Office is on the Left and so he threw away his belief in Eretz Israel and he now mouths the tired platitudes of the peace camp. Thus, the Establishment now says he should NOT be punished with "moral terpitude". Seems only fair, he is already stained with "political terpitude".
