Over 140 Syrians, most of them children have been treated in Israeli hospitals since March of this year. Many had multiple traumas from blasts; most had lost limbs. There is as of now no government assistance so far, and no address to turn in Syria for information or exchange of any sort. Yet the Syrian wounded keep coming, left on their side of the border with Israel, picked up by Israeli soldiers on this side and taken to hospitals. This should be publicized, both for the imperative moral responsibility involved in the saving of lives; as well as a peacemaking gesture on the part of enemies.
