Prime minister says system deprives ministers of powers they were elected to exercise; remarks come amid drive by politicians to regain control over appointments and dismissals of senior officials.11:55 08.02.16 | 0 comments
Its funny how the Arab world likes to attack, get beaten, then expect not to have repercussions. 1948, 1967, 1973...arming Hizballah...the list goes on. Bashir Assad like his Daddy before him demands the Golan returned in exchange for peace. Sounds reasonable?? However if that is the case why is he arming his country to the teeth?? Arming Hizballah to the teeth, and last but not least making threats of war?? However we are all to believe that this is with his left hand. With his right hand he is extending the olive branch of peace to Israel. An olive branch of ultimatums and daily threats to Israels existence, but an olive branch nonetheless. So should Israel return the Golan in exchange for peace? Perhaps. Can peace be guaranteed?? Who knows?? Certainly America won't be able to help unless they can "pay" for peace with 2 billion per year like they did with Egypt. Russia won't, and of course Iran certainly won't.
