Living in a own where Haredim are coming to live, where th population is a mix of Russian, Ethiopians, and otheres, some not as Obervant, and others Mesorati, and yet oher Halachially Observant they may discover how ome Haredim actually want to live ina "mixed neighbrhood" for reasons of their own. At some point the Seculariss disvoer that Haredim can be delightful neighbors, and often very helpful. Heck Tel Aviv in from the forties to the early sixies was like that!
