If it wasn't such a serious issue, one could burst out laughing: Netanyahu suddenly speaking about "negotiations", when he was the one who has been stalling and procrastinating for years and throwing roadblocks in the way of negotiating in good faith - meaning that he was never open for compromises and concessions, as a true negotiating partner would be and he even sabotaged the peace-process by constantly approving more construction in the territories. The only reason he is professing to embrace this last-minute, 360 degree reversal in procedure now is because he is cornered and time is running out and he is running out of excuses and rationalizations to stall any longer. The poker-game is almost over and unless he pulls an ace out of his sleeve in the form of a true compromise he will be the undeniable loser - and - unfortunately - so will we and the entire country.
