It is a fact - and indisputable fact - that Israeli civil law ends the instant a person steps foot across the Green Line, to be replaced by IDF military law. That has been true since June 1967, and so claiming that "1967 lines do not exist" is simply to deny reality. Israel doesn't even try to claim that the 1967 lines don't exist: it merely argues is those lines are "boundaries", and not "borders".
