The strike only hurts the most vulnerable in Israeli society, the elderly and the working poor, those who rely on public transportation to get to work because they cannot afford the outrageous prices for used cars or the more outlandish prices for a new car! The elderly who rely on community centers for companionship and a hot meal, mothers who rely on Na Amat daycare centers because that is all they can afford,Kupuat Holim Clalit members will be denied access to MDS and the Pharmacy when they need the meds(we can't go elsewhere to get them as they cost alot)! This strike is unjust contract workers knew what they were doing when they applied for their jobs, they are not children,so stop the strike,,it is detrimental to us working poor and only glorifies the power of the Union in which the bosses make millions while the workers there also suffer !
