"In an address to the Middle East Institute, Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs William J. Burns on Tuesday said that the Obama administration does not "accept the legitimacy of continued Israeli settlements." One only has to analyse said statement, in fact a bit of true reflection is required here. It states CONTINUED Israeli settlements. I wonder whether it reflects on continued settlement "construction"!. Or the fact that settlements that exist are accepted. That being the case, its time to build vertically. The jury is out.
