Related to the same topic, the following article was mentioned the other day on a website: أبقت سورية على آثار الدمار الذي خلفته الآلة العسكرية الإسرائيلية في مدينة القنيطرة قبل انسحابها منها عام 1973 لتكون "شاهدا على الوحشية الإسرائيلية". Meaning that Syria deliberately left the signs of destructions which Israel left in Quneitra(part of Golan) before its withdrawl in 73 as an exhibition of Israeli "barbarism"!!! 1- First of all, lets not forget that it was Syria who first attacked Israel, not the opposite. I wonder what arabs would have done to Israeli territories if the event was reversed! It would be very naive if syria expected Israel to say thank you in return! 2- lets remind ourselves that throughout history, Barbarism was and is more common among arab societies. This will manifest itself in the unfortunate event of ever getting into Tel Aviv!

from the article: Facebook finally allows Golan residents to live in Israel
