Israel did not withdraw from Gaza as a "good gesture" it did so because of the cost of supporting so few settlers surrounded by others, hoping it would garner good press but primarily so Israel could focus its expansionist efforts on the real prize - the West Bank - read released papers from Ariel Sharon and his cabinet if you wish to know the truth. Secondly, of course hamas is a nasty bunch. They were created with Mossad impetus as a foil for Fatah power and to assist a 'divide and conquer' strategy popular with rabid Zionists since Ban Gurion. They now oversee a massive prison persistently bombed, raided and starved "like cockroaches in a bottle" (to quote Moshe Dayan). Keep believing the hasbara and you'll go blind from ignorance. Wake up and you just might find you are actually one of the bad guys ...you know, the ones with black hats in cowboy movies.
