    Well I guess in the middle east things are soooo complicated that you know there's no possibility to protest and throw a stone. So let's assume the IDF are smart: "commander, remember last week these guys threw stones? so let's assume they will throw stones this week. So let's protect ourselves from harm and then we can't be accused of escalating the violence... How does that sound?". "what? Are you mad? Let's go in there with full force and any aggravation just open fire" "sure?" "sure I'm sure ... Try it and you'll probably get a promotion because we have no oversight and it will teach them to stop throwing stones"... "but... They keep throwing stones" "well we'll keep gunning them down until they stop"... "er ok"....
