It seems like "Absolute Sweden" is a "holy cow" to Haaretz. This is the third attempt to confront his weird assumptions about "Spanish colonies in Africa". There haven't been any Spanish colonies since 1975. The cities of Ceuta and Melilla are "comunidades" of the Spanish state like Andalusia or Catalonia, and most of its inhabitants are Spanish citizens and want to remain that. They have been under Portuguese/Spanish rule since 1415. No man with a normal sense of global order would demand that Spain had to give them away.
